THE STORY BEHIND YOUR MAKE-UP
Before cosmetic products are sold in the market, they need to be tested on the innocent animals first to ensure their safety on humans. If a company decides to add one ingredient on their product, they test it first on thousands of animals and at least 1,400 of them are killed in the process. And that's the cost of just a single ingredient of a single product of a single brand of a single company. How much more with the whole cosmetics industry?
Animal testing, for many years, has been instrumental to science. The purpose of this post is to recognize the sacrifice of animals of whatever type, may it be test animals or food animals, just for the sake of human survival and human development. They are our unsung heroes and unadorned martyrs. This also serves as a call to develop and conduct possible alternatives to animal testing. Currently, some scientists already phased out animal testing and switched to cell culture, tissue engineering, organoids and computer simulations (depending on the scientific field). Perhaps we can devise initiatives if we just desire to.

This kind of experiments has been instrumental to Science for many years.
From Facebook to Twitter to Instagram, I have made sure to use my small platform to share what I found out about the story behind cosmetics brands. Most people probably knows about this already but I literally didn't. I was only scrolling on Facebook when I saw this post. I couldn't help but to feel bad for those innocent animals. These Rabbits are so innocents, they did nothing to harm us. Experimenting to innocent animals are inhumane act, this must stop!

Do the Work: I have gathered some Articles that are related to this Blog
Animals are just like humans...
They have feelings and they have all the rights to live in this world. Who gave us the authority to kill innocent animals? God made animals just like how God made us; humans. We don't just live, we live for purpose and killing innocent animals is not and will never be our purpose. Instead, we should take good care of them for they are God's creations. They are God's gift.

I had my research before writing this blog but I know that there are so many things that I forgot and for that, I will continue to edit this post and keep it relevant. I hope that those articles that I have mentioned above will explain more about this topic that I've been talking. Also, I do not claim to know everything at all. I'm not above learning and being corrected. I'd be very glad if more helpful resources and information left in the comments because I obviously do not have them all.
